CLIENT CASE STUDY: Welsh Rugby Union

In summer 2023, the Welsh Rugby Union asked eCoach to deliver a range of EDI focused webinars for grassroots clubs across the country.  

18–sessions were designed and delivered on a range of topics from Tackling Racism to Creating an EDI policy. 

eCoach created a learning platform for the WRU called ‘Dysgu’ and landing pages for each webinar, which included sign-up details. 

Each webinar was then recorded and placed on the platform to give all learners the opportunity to benefit from the sessions. 

The most popular sessions proved to be Unconscious Bias, Engaging Diverse Communities and Creating an EDI Plan.
